You have various icons to tell users what type of restaurant you own to avoid any surprises: roadside restaurant, traditional restaurant, cafeteria, snack bar, etc.
It is also important to give your exact opening hours to avoid users coming when you’re closed.

Truckfly by Michelin is a free and community-driven mobile application where all users can add points of interest and update their information.
Your company was added because it suits truck drivers’ needs in terms of location, parking, opening hours, etc.

Please note that our app is used by heavy vehicle drivers, so your company should match this type of clientele and their needs (parking, access for heavy vehicles, opening hours, etc.).
If so, it's really simple:
1 Sign in to your personal space,
2 Follow the steps and fill in the required information.
If you decide to claim your company, only you will be able to modify information about your location.
Go to your personal space. Log in using your username and password to then modify all the information about your company.
As the owner, to access your dedicated space, you need to fill in a form that will be sent to us for confirmation. This allows us to prevent fake ownership claims, so it is important for us to identify you and ensure the information you have sent is accurate.

Once we have confirmed your identity, you can:
- Add a photo,
- Write a message for your customers,
- Reply to user comments about your company.
- Modify information about your company.
If we denied your ownership claim, it is because the information provided did not allow us to identify you.
If so, please send us an email to [email protected] so we can find a solution.
You can respond to users’ comments about your company on Truckfly. To do so, log in to your personal space
To ensure the reliability of our data, the markers cannot be moved and addresses are therefore automatically blocked. Only our teams can change the location.
If you need to change the address of your company, send us an email at [email protected] and our team will save the change.
If you have indicated that your company is temporarily closed, its marker will become transparent so that the community can easily and straight away see which locations are open.

Once you have claimed ownership of your company, you alone will be able to modify its information.

Are you planning to renovate? Taking a few days leave? Let your users know via the app.
1 Go to your personal space, then the “opening hours” section
2 Select the start and end dates of your temporary closure.
During that period, the marker for your restaurant will become transparent, and a message will appear in red on your profile to inform drivers of the temporary closure.
At the end of the period, these details will go back to normal.
To report disrespectful, harmful or suspicious comments:
1 Go to your personal space in the “my comments” section,
2 Click on the report button next to the comment in question,
3 Describe the reason you are reporting the comment.
The comment will be sent to our team who will decide whether or not to remove it according to comment moderation rules.
